
They don't question you if you need to be out of work, you just input your UTO/PTO they don't micromanage either.
Better understanding of everyone's situations and try to help them out if need be and increase communication from executives to ordinary employees.
That I am working from Home and see my family more time, I get to be more of a mother and I save money on gas by not having to go somewhere.
They need to have more positive thinking and not complain all the time about work that needs to be done, I am trying to be funny with everyone so we have a better day and state positive comments to increase motivation.
They don't communicate with me as to know how I feel or how I am doing or what my goals to provide advise on how to achieve them and become a better version of myself. I would like more constructive criticism to know what my strengths are and my weaknesses to work on them.
