Still ridiculously good but let's bring back the true spirit of FRONT LINE FIRST. It's seems that I has changed for the last 2 years.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Can't explain that much but it's the LZN atmosphere!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My Team right now is working in silos but they are at their best level. They will be even great if they will learn to work together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our Leadership Team is very cool. You can approach them especially take picture of them whenever you see them in the office or any outside event in the office.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be better if the higher-ups revisited the salary of each level and had an alignment. the higher position you have the lesser benefit you're getting thinking the pay will compensate for it. Like for the scholarship program it's only limited to the Team Leade level. overall I'm still GRATEFUL
