Probably an increase in salary based on the account

Everything, the way how we interact with each other and treat each other

Everything that they do, especially my supervisor who continue to push me to do better everyday

Everything that my team provides, they provide a good work ethic that is mostly taught to us by our immediate supervisor
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Probably improvements on the account it self, wherein it wouldn't be too much client pleasing and instead hearing the concerns of their employees
