I like the Boost meeting; gives us agents a time to reflect on our service.
What make me the most happy is when I'm able to assist a TM in Great doubt. I like that "ohhh that's whyyy" moments.
We try to communicate the best we can. There could always be improvements no doubt, but my Team kinda reminds me of an old American movie, where if the captain is down, the next soldier is always willing and ready.
With the current compensation a regular agent would be making the same as a regular pay in another company. It's not that the compensation is not good it's just that other companies seem to be getting a bit more competitive this year.
