Overall, my experience has been good. My big complaint is being lied to by my recruiter about preplanned time off. I was told before I was hired that my vacation would not be a problem, yet now, I am receiving a verbal warning for attendance. Complete BS

It feels like a come-as-you-are environment. That's a good thing

Willingness to help each other out and good at putting smiles on faces
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
$19 an hour is not a livable wage with current inflation and cost of living. Our time is a truly non-renewable resource and we should be compensated accordingly
