I had mixed experiences. Positives are good infrastructure, employee friendly, supporting coworkers and work-life balance. Negatives are only one side transport facility is available, lack of work from home opportunity and lack of good roads connecting to the office.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It was a mixed experience. Some things I noticed here were totally blown out my mind. Some supervisors are not eligible to handle their respective teams and behave in a manner which is totally hilarious in a workplace.

They are very open minded and approachable.

Meeting coworkers and performing my daily duties.

Basic Salary and travel allowances.

Employee friendly with lot of amenities at the workplace.

I can't tell about it as I have joined Taskus just 15 days ago.

There is less pressure in my current role, many of my colleagues sleeps once they achieve their daily targets.
What makes you most happy at work?
My assigned tasks as well as co-workers and friends and beautiful girls, cafeteria, parking space, location of the office, office infrastructure, senior staff and sub staff, greenery around the office building.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I joined the company I had 10 months of relevant experience, but the HR did not consider it and offered me salary which was being offered to the freshers. I feel they were unfair with me.
