Everyone is cooperating to each others

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Need to address teammates concern and give adequate solution rather than showing helplessness. As well as they should have work ethics.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Assign good shift timings if not possible then attractive perks will help. And break timings with colleagues rather than going alone at odd times. Good compensation and equal importance in office.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Need to understand our client requirement and assign more teammates so that everyone will get a comfortable shift , week off and break timings. Good perks and good compensation will encourage us better.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Our shift is 24/7 live process. we get different schedules every week and rotational split off and we need to wait till Friday to know our next week schedules and plan other activities. Yet we get less payment. And who are doing graveyard shift get less night differential than others.
