Health Insurance but we need think about night shift allowances

What are some of the best things about your team?

all my team member are good. In my Team supervisor is not good. He did not share the details withing team. He is Bad behavior, rude .

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Manager should take weekly or monthly call to discuss with Team which is not happening. How we can grow in company in technical. We have very limited access level in my role which very bad for technical growth. Supervisor is also very rude behavior and manager is not any action on that.
