because of the bad vives environment and bully team leader and lack of knowledge manager on how to handle employee

I've experience being bully and management doing nothing and under the law no disable person shall be bully in any company cause it will lead to a penalty damage or worst is to be close in the future so I hope you do action for bullying that I experience

only the free meal only

attitude and be professional at all time and don't be entitled.

free meal and automatic approve plan leave but little by little it changing to not auto approve

they need to improve their attitude and be knowledgeable in Disability and other health condition and stop bullying

well the only positive is the free food and some other perks such as gym, sauna and massage chair

do some seminar coaching about anti bullying office act by the law of the Philippine and discuss no bullying gender, disability(general), and other condition such as mental health HIV about no bullying

The company is full of unprofessional superior such as Team Leader and Manager. They are using their position to lower position which is the teammate. and bullying and Discrimination to someone like me a Person with disability in particular in( Dyslexia ADHD and learning disability
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leader should act as a real leader not a boss because that is two different thing. The leader should lift up the teammate to hit the goals of the team member and not bullying and not use the position to do power trip to the team member.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leader's(TL, OM, SOM, OD) should know how to handle team and should knowledgeable in particular in different cases such as Disable team mates and other condition. They should be the one to be a good moral and preventing a silent bullying and not the leader of bullying. wellness is useless
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
because I was being bullied at Taskus Philippine Imus Cavite by almost superior and a Team's due to my condition( disabled and confidential condition). I want the company to due some action with it coz it affect my mental health I can see no progress. as a disable victim to employee victim blamer

I was hoping that the computation of the salary per cut-off should be accurate and not different specially in night differential always disputed I am so tired of that its given and common that 8 hrs every 10pm - 6am upon labor code here in Philippine but always dispute and we need to wait
