Company Itself is nice and lots of perks however the leadership are horrible. No appreciation and recognition. Teammates are being neglected and taken cared off. No effort shown by management to improve the ambiance in the floor. I feel like the just making like robot

Too much upskill without explanation with additional workloads. No appreciations and recognition with the teammates. OM invalidate suggestions of teammates
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Lack of appreciation and recognition. Leadership do not have clear resolution regarding the campaign issues. Leadership should value their teammates. Teammates are neglected and appreciated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teammates are nice and caring even we are all demotivated with how leadership handle the team. I only look forward going to work because of my teammates
