Infrastructure is good and table tennis table is very good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was a TM in Doordash and then I got promoted as a QA in Amazon process which is a premium process. The team did not even provide me with 10% hike which was not even close to an average TM who works in Amazon.
