The company was great it's just that the clarity of the roles and responsibilities are not definite. For example, SME, for some companies they do not take Supcalls they focus mainly on the calibration of the processes and General inquiries, ensuring that all are aligned unlike here, it's like SME/TL

The allowances is not processed yet as promised. It feels like the follow ups are not coming thru. Some got their allowances
