I did in the past 6 month task that are out of my scope and i have proven that i am capable to achieve more, yet there is no possible promotion at the moment, bring in new clients and let us grow tougher.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the supporting departments like IT for example that does zero support and has a very negative attitude, in case that you have to contact them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
define the company goals in the next period, since we lost half of our total headcount in the past year. It is very unclear how is this negative trend going to change.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In the past 6 month i had to cover the position above mine , which included various other tasks in order to keep the client satisfied, yet for doing two roles at the same time i just received the salary for the role that i cover "on paper"
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Improve the supporting departments like IT and HR that are short with their staff, so that we can get the support that we need. Also improve the conditions, there in no room at the moment to advance further because we lost to many clients in the past year, and this negative trend has no end.
