the company is fine and it has good things to offer but the people such as the ones who are their to support agents does not seem well equipped. I wish they produce and train more professionals other than tenured agents that power trips on trainees on training or nesting

What are some of the best things about your team?
They are willing to really learn despite having a biased sme naming April Cacho. April Cacho does not seem to be a good fit to be a support since her patient is thin and also her comprehension skills as well. She also embodies a person with favoritism and refuse to take accountability.
