TaskUs provides good experience for teammates however, for Team leaders, its not. I dont feel that they value their TLs. Its always about numbers and they dont look at you as a person. For special holidays, TLs are also not paid extra even CTO are not credited and I believe that's against the law.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary is fair but incentives here are not enticing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
OM Dale was the best manager I had for the past years even in other centers
