When the core team listens to us and they are not that strict to us employees.
During holidays, I love how the cheer team would randomly roam around the production floor while we work.
It would be way better if we go back to the previous HMO (Avega) and if we can bump up our annual increase since our basic pay is not enough to the current economy.
The best thing about my team is that we can ask each other any time about the process and we help each other if we are currently having a hard time inside our working hours.
