It started very well. but with time when I started putting in more efforts so that I can grow as a trainer, I realized that its not enough, you will need to work for more than 15 hours a day and think about work even during your weekends. quality work is not appreciated.

when I interact with new people at office it is a happy time as I grow as a human being
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been moved to Vivint's voice process from Vivint's chat process and in as this is a upskill and skill change in my profile, there should be hike in my salary as per the skill change and as per the job profile, which i did not get.
