I'm grateful for this job and this company. I enjoying working here, but don't know if I will stay here for a long time because compensation wise, the offer is too low for someone that has already experience.

The only positive here are the free food, auto approve for leaves.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Given that I have enough experience, the offer is below my expectations. However, the free food is quite ok.
