The company is great but the management is old fashioned and not competitive.

The process and the work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing is the work and the team mates are helpful but the managers does not know what they are doing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to worry more about the employees, they are not considering people who are performing for promotions instead managers are promoting those who are giving benefits to managers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to promote LGBT inclusivity, promotions should be given to those employees who are really working hard and making a difference & the pay should be raised.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The money which we get in our pluxee card is hard to use as i use public transport and there is no way we can move our travel expense to order food and the amount is also very less. The organization does not provide any food facility.
