Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Our pay is pretty high not complaining about that, but when we moved to another LOB, supposedly a higher tier, we were expecting that there will be an increased with our compensation and sadly there wasn't. When asked the Operations manager if there would be an increase, they just said what for?
