Company is great. The benefits offered by the company is beyond my expectations. The environment is nice, its just that the management always finds a way to ruin it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The teammates are great. But not the management. If anything, its the management who's making the company bad.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better decision making. They tend to rely on policies that may or may not be applicable to all scenarios.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management, specifically IS. Their poor planning and decision making. Makes you want to think if they're actually qualified for those positions.
