What does the leadership team need to get better at?
well on my first 6 months everything is doing good. I was able to try different LOb and trained for 1 month. But after 3months, they let us transfer to another lob. At first I refused, because I just transfererred another lob ,and again they will transfer to ANOther lob??better management maybe
