I have had poor experience with HR and matrix during my surgical leave. there was lack of communication and clarification when stuff was brought up. The links provided in glowstick and in matrix are lacking so much information. lack of implementing my restrictions after surgery affecting my shrink
What are some of the best things about your team?
i like that we usually try to have monthly poluck for birthdays together so everyone can feel celebrated and seen, I like how complete strangers can come together and introduce eachother to new foods and cultures.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i like that community makes sure we have popcorn,oatmeal and fruit available. This does help when we dont have enough money for groceries we can at least eat something that day. ive had other co workers feel the same so thats very nice.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
toxic work environment due to OM Aaron behavior. Hr does nothing and never provides adequate information but will just send glowstick link and say do that, and if you ask for clarification none can ever be provided. being punished as a whole for certain individuals actions just very unfair.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Offering equity to employees upon hire, i think this would increase our drive to want to see taskus succeed, otherwise we dont gain anything. Raises based on performance and customer feedback would be nice. Raise wage to at least a livable wage in Texas as its currently between 55 -71k.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
OM Aaron has caused multiple issues amongst agents and remains with no repercussions. TL Jen V is also allowed to miss a lot of days so her agents always end up other TL for help making it harder for them to just focus on their team and meeting with them. I dont think its fair to tl or other agents
