My TL is easy to approach and very hands on,
What are some of the best things about your team?
my team is very hard working. but we are not being recognize since the management of our campaign is just recognizing the people who receive less calls than our team do
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
increase my compensation since I'm working with multiple skill, when i applied here i was only advise we are working with the drivers only now we are also receiving call from parents with much high volume than the other teammate and my compensation is just the same with the others.
