Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher Base Pay, Not reliant on Skills premium. I believe it is designed to protect companies rather than retain and keep existing employees happy. This just causes employees to jump from one company to the next for better opportunities, instead of staying for a long period of time.
