it is okay, i feel that overall the environment is good, every workplace has its politics and drama, but work at the end of the day is how we perceive it when we are actually experiencing it first hand.

the fact that i can have an impact albeit small or big in the mental health support of the teammates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
its not that i feel undervalued... i feel like there is room to increase my salary as the compensation package does not reflect the current workload and compensation, but only by a small margin
