According to my work and efforts I would get better benefits and compensation for my work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work on the needs and requirement of the teammates, provide some good benefits as incentives that would keep them motivated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We will get the pay according to the current market, also we are doing 24/7 shift so we will get night allowance as well and extra incentives must be higher and easier to achieve.
