We can work together on floor but didn't even know my coworkers. No daily team meeting or anything. Sitting alone without any support.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
listen to TM's and sort the issue within minimum timeline to avoid any kind of loss. They must analyze the root causes and Tm's should not bother leadership team everyday for same issue.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Transport never cooperate with employees. Pluxee has maximum transaction failures. Due to not having direct interaction with WFM and lack of lead team to approach to WFM after requesting multiple times, employees doesn't paid correctly. Only 5% TM's willing to do OT since OT is a typical process to
