What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Not Applicable as of nothing is gonna change.

What makes you most happy at work?

Just doing my own Job.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is no fuel exemptions, not sufficient food allowance, no particular facility at floors, these doesn't feel good about the compensation. I would love to get the actual fuel bills covered attesting the bills according to the distance travelled. Every employee has to get paid what client decides.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They should be more employee centric and should organize some standards for having small quick breaks. While every company is following 8 hours login, they should start a dual shift logins where one can come according to there feasibility and work dedicatedly. We should be the next kaizen company.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The sitting culture and there should be better entertainment section for those who want to work listening to songs. Recreation area should be accessed to all the employee. Work should be submitted on time as of the facilities provided. Position of the ID should be replaced at a visible place.
