Getting to meet new people
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
After a certain time it become monotonous to do the same work again and again. There is no new challenges.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay should be more and competitive as per the market and there should be some incentive plans if the pay is not good.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are from different part of India with different culture a upbringings so its good to know and be a little knowledgeable about that.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Investing time in things that is irrelevant is not going to help teammates and organization as whole. Favoritism is not healthy for individual growth.
