My experience with TaskUs has been generally good. However, lately I've felt more insecure about the company's future. Like all my colleagues, I considered TaskUs a safe place to grow, but in recent months the atmosphere has been very tense. The rules are becoming increasingly strict.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they motivate us to grow within the company and that most of them have a great approach with us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel that I can't answer this accurately yet because we are constantly being moved to different groups, clusters, or team leaders, and I recently met my team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the Prepaid Medicine, I really appreciate it. Also I love the Life and pet Insurance. I think the benefits are the best part of the company <3
What makes you most happy at work?
I am very pleased with the quality of my benefits. I really appreciate that my payments are on time, and I'm also very happy to know that my work tasks as TM are stress-free.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At TaskUs, there is a lot of diversity; everyone is accepted, included, and respected. We can all achieve the same goals. Its culture is one of diversity and inclusion. Another very positive aspect is that we have many resources available for our mental health.
