What are some of the best things about your team?
We have build our connection not just as a co-workers, but also as a family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I would say that I like how my TL works with us as her teammates. However, when it comes to upper management aside from the OM assigned to our cluster, I don't think they're making us feel that we're being valued.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Given the complexity of our job role, I think we deserve a raise. In addition, there's a different LOB with Shopify which is Premium, and they're job role is the same as we have here in Core. Yet, the salary difference is huge, and I think we deserve that same salary.
