When I was approached by Taskus they mentioned the benefits of working here, they sounded great, unfortunately I got ill and payroll made a discount and never explained how and why they did it

Communication, care for the employees, they tend to move people and change metrics without notifying.

Not my team itself, some of my coworkers are great, they are from other teams, they care for other teammates
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Well, Taskus states people first, however in practice is not the same, we are unable to freely take advantage of our benefits
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
base pay is about average in all call centers in the area, benefits are about the same as everywhere else, not a big difference
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
When I started I was exited and happy to come to work, however with the campaign I'm at, Team leaders and management make it hard to work with, we are just a number and sadly we are replaceable, this team has lost great teammates
