Support when we need it, and the leadership team is approachable and understanding of our individual circumstances. They foster a collaborative environment where everyone feels valued and heard.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my compensation doesn't adequately reflect my experience. After accumulating over one year of experience, I believe my compensation should be adjusted to match the salary levels of new hires, and I expect a substantial raise in my annual performance review.
What makes you most happy at work?
Meeting with my friends allows me to recharge and connect on a personal level outside of work responsibilities. These interactions provide a much-needed break from the daily routine, offering laughter, support, and a sense of belonging that significantly boosts my overall happiness and job satisfact
