I'm on the middle of everything right now TU has been pretty so-so with a lot of sunsets and redeployment the office feels so heavy most of the people are sad and demotivated heard a lot of people from LLM have resigned.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Although we have different upbringings we ended up bonding real well.
What makes you most happy at work?
Our organization its called Amplified and its for musicians I got to know a lot of people there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Probably my leaders being understanding and the work not causing me much stress but maybe not anymore as I am being transferred over to a Voice Account.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not much as of now, a lot of things are changing just want to thank my leaders within LLM and Miss Lana for caring about our wellbeing even after all the commotions going about.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Maybe offering a better pay (Basic pay and allowances) Better food options as there are times where we feel like we're prisoners with how much the servings are and how the food tastes. Only thing that saves the food is if it is sinigang soup. The rest is always a miss.
