Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
first everything work well i have the back of my leaders and then i was transferred to other team because i had to use my leave that i think i need most on the time i file it because my nany had to resign, then most of the time challenges come why i cant file my leave that i save?

all are alive and joining all activity.

lizzy points and the resting area.

the food the parking and everyone.

people first they said, also the management are good.

TLPA they allow us to gain more knowledge and explore the goods in us.

I think the most possitive is the SOM or OMS because they give us the best support in the prod.
What are some of the best things about your team?
some of them doing their best. but most of them using the prod. for tweetums and using it as an immoral place because of love affairs that affect their perfromance.
What makes you most happy at work?
Im always positive and excited because this will help me finish my work and give the best to the company. this is my bread and butter as well that's why i love what im doing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Salary is kinda low especially when you have your family and they are not offering the work from home option equally. this will gave us the right amount to feed our family also they insiting the transportation is only for PM shift that i see is kinda bias.
