The leaders should encourage all their team members all time and not only their favorite ones.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That would be my co workers which makes life a lot less heavier from the constant stress caused by our leaders.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Given the current market situation and inflation rate, our salary does not meet our needs. Not even the salary increase which is little or not even a fraction what we actually need at the baseline.
