The company itself was okay, but the management was highly problematic. I prefer not to share further details, but the leadership structure definitely needs improvement.

As per human value in any organization it should be paid fairly.

Currently the situation was not that good so i have no idea what i'm feeling.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It should be more good if i get fare pay as other organization pay to experience ones.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Their are no fun activity taken by HR's and also not any games available in our building.

While I have enjoyed my past year with the company, the routine can feel monotonous without any workplace activities to refresh our minds. Introducing weekly team events would be an excellent way to re-energize everyone and improve engagement.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Regarding areas for improvement, a primary concern is that my current compensation is no longer aligned with standard living expenses. To adequately support my family and manage essential personal needs, a salary adjustment is necessary to ensure long-term stability and motivation.
