Very bad, I got hired for UHC process, and now it got ramdown, we moved to the shopify process, the process is good no doubt but very lethargic,, even the Shopify client want to shift the complete process of Customer support to AI but still we are getting chance because Taskus said we work better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Nothing is the best. Salary structure is very low as compared to the market rates.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about our team is our TL is always follows girls in our team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
In team, there should not be any partialy when going on breaks and on free time, because right now it is sooo much.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Provide both side cab facilities like other companies, also should have 15 mins buffer time while coming to office for login, also there should not be any salary deductions on leave.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
In Shopify process, management is quite okay, but still needs improvements in few things like here in my team TL is very partial with girls and boys, so I just wanted this to be very clean and provide equal opportunity to everyone.
