I am truly grateful at TaskUs for the opportunity in every aspect of my life. I am not kind of person who want to stick on my current role. My ultimate goal is to become of the TU Leader in future and lead many people to become one of me as well. I love discovery, work on data that benefit all.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They valued they're people but other leader are not
What makes you most happy at work?
Payday but still sad to have a minimum rate and I would like to grow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are currently facing crisis and we do not know how long it will last. Only the salary is not increasing, poor also in our career growth. Leaders are too strict approving our application whenever we are trying to get promoted. Very disappointing.
