NEEDS MORE ENGAGEMENT and ENERGY

Everything is lacking on the engagement part and PLEASE DO ALLOW FOOD ON THE PRODUCTION FLOOR
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase in Salary would be good or at least DO something for an alternative for any teammate especially with this gas prices.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better Support not per team but per teammate. Because leads just tend to cater their own team but not someone outside of their "circle"
