the basic salary, it's already 2026 but the base pay is still 16,000. Do better
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
transparency, Team Leads are doing their best to explain things to us especially now that we are about to be on a floating status, however, the OM and SOM didn't seem to care about the people (us) that were affected.
