we all are hardworking and even we bought our TL stats to the top
What do you like best about the leadership team?
nothing , every one is stressed and they don't laugh don't look happy at all
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
some flexible timing , we are asked to maintain DWR it is something that is not in my hand , don't have any access at all to help dx , if they call us we can only guided but not able to do anything
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the culture s very odd managers are helpful but everyone is lost , system doesn't work all the times and KPI are very odd too need to do something to uplift the mood , work is priority i understand but why is every one is so stressed , never seen anyone happy with their work
