good benefits, great campaign and sometimes good leaders, but very mediocre and usually questionable administrative decisions. The people in charge of those decisions seems very disconnected from us and how things really work in operations, sometimes even directly lying to us.

our salary is getting short in comparison to other in the industry

not about them. It's just that I am not a very talkative person, but I do help an ask for help when necessary
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the administrative decision have always feel very disconnected from our necessities, specially lately they have feel way more focused on saving money than give us better spaces and specially now the last decisions have made us feel very crowded
