What makes me most happy at work is the work itself and the friends I have made. Having supportive teammates makes the workplace more enjoyable, and it motivates me to do my best every day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I’m hoping to receive the same compensation as what is given to Manila BPO employees. Also, for health cards, I hope we could have an option for medicine reimbursement as well as an eyeglass allowance, since we spend the whole day

We have a cool team lead, and we don’t feel pressured at work. He makes sure that we enjoy our work while also maintaining quality and a good relationship within the team. We celebrate birthdays every month, and at the same time, we are also given
