What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The best part of working here is definitely the people and the culture. My teammates and bosses are very supportive, approachable, and easy to talk to. Even when the daily ticket workload gets heavy and exhausting, the great teamwork and positive energy on the floor make the day much easier.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everything here is good, but 10k bi-w pay lacks rewards for daily mental ticket strain. It is weird to deduct 200+ for standard UL benefits. Just showing up should give a basic boost. Please replace penalties with a 300-500 perfect attendance bonus to keep agents happy, motivated, and fully focused.
