I haven't been here long but TU leadership seems genuinely interested in doing the best and right thing by their employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to want to do the right thing for our clients and employees and not just to serve their own interests.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is heavily invested in working hard and getting the ship righted. They are fun people that you can roll up your sleeves with but also laugh with.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being a part of something in the early stages and putting my stamp on it. It feels special to be able to build something and mold it in a way to prepare for the future.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel my pay is inline with my position however someone typically at my level would also receive equity in the company. It helps motivate a person at a higher level it terms of company performance and commits you longer term to the role.
