
Basically everything we lost. Too much micro managing and poor management (above the TL's) have caused a negative atmosphere overall.
My immediate TL is great, he's the kind of person that will definitely do whatever it takes to help his team and make sure we succeed.
My team is fairly new, we just got a new one but they are all pretty great so far. All the teams I've been on have been great and made it fun to come to work.
My financial compensation is great, but that is also one of the lowest rated things when it comes to employee satisfaction. According to most studies, many of the things that drive employee satisfaction are missing from the equation here.
