The ability to help our Teammates each and every day grow and reach their goals and collaborate with my SME team!

They care about us as people first and employees second. They truly encourage personal growth as well as our growth in the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are in a newly created position and as more is added to our role than originally thought it might be worth looking at the compensation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my SME team! We have the unique opportunity of build an amazing team that is critical to helping out Teammates grow in their position and help the overall goal of the site.
