What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say the culture of the company is great but somehow leadership fails to implement this culture on our particular campaign
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A lot of teammates are very young and not mindful or respectful of others, most of times a lot of teammates are loud, have inappropriate conversations on the production floor or are engaging on illegal activities.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Lack on communication is a huge deal with our campaign, leaders are not engaging with the teammates and the morale is extremely low. leadership does not provide the teammates with tools to help alleviate the kind of content teammates deal with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We do not get compensated accordingly for the skills this particular campaign requires, we are lacking a strong leader that can communicate effectively with the client and create rapport with the teammates making it a fun environment, the stress level is extremely high with no outlets.
